The Harlem Flophouse sounds like the kind of cheap grungy hotel out of a movie. It’s anything but. This high-style, renovated bed and breakfast has upscale decor and artistic touches to celebrate Harlem’s rich musical history. It’s not so much Sex and the City chic as it is Charlie Parker hip, but it’s a fantastic place in the city for $100 a night for singles and $125 a night for doubles.
